About Us
​The Carolina Baptist Association exists to encourage and equip churches to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), reaching Horry County with gospel of Jesus Christ individually as believers, collectively as congregations, and cooperatively as churches. We are striving together to become a hub of participation and partnership where our 35+ churches can work together with greater strength and effectiveness, for the sake of the Christ and His Kingdom!

The 35+ churches of the Carolina Baptist Association are mostly rural, embracing the challenges and opportunities of a county experiencing tremendous growth and development. CBA churches also voluntarily cooperate with the South Carolina Baptist Convention, as well as the Southern Baptist Convention.
